Restoration of Civil Rights
The Arizona Legislature has provided a legal procedure for restoration of a convicted person's civil rights and a process by which to set aside a person's conviction. While restoration of one's right to vote or carry a weapon may be valuable, A.R.S 13-907 provides for setting aside judgment for a convicted person in Arizona. This method has proven to be extremely useful to clients who are actively pursuing employment opportunities and who need to show potential employers that their criminal conviction has been set aside (removed) by the court. The Law Firm has successfully represented many clients in the restoration of their civil rights and in setting aside their criminal convictions.
